Your Sell Vision – Critical in Selling Your Home

“Pristine” A realtor’s one word statement about this home that I had for sale.
Your Sell Vision – Critical in Selling Your Home
Back in August when this friend of a church member contacted me about selling their home, he was in the process of restoring his sister’s home not to it’s former glory; but, well beyond. In retrospection, I am in awe of him for this home has become symbolic of his love for his sibling. It was a pleasure for me as the real estate agent to write the MLS listing information as there was so much to quality for me to write about that he had invested in this home. That inspired me to do my best – I found a vendor that did all that we need in a virtual Covid-19 pandemic environment that would make the home accessible to anyone that would be interested in buying. With his OK, I carefully planned our Go Live Date to be on a Saturday – Saturday Dec 12, 2020. Most of the repairs were complete. My staging had been done – we were ready to go.

The results were absolutely overwhelming!!!! On day 1, the home generated global interest as I received an email from an Italian viewer who was sending a family member over to look at the property. By the end of the first day, we had four written offers at or over our asking price. By the end of the 2d day, the most competitive offers were $20,000 over asking price. I gave my client a tool to help him decide which offer was THE most appealing. As I write this, we have gone to contract with the offer that waived all contingencies and was more than $20,000 above our list price. My client’s vision to provide a property in tribute to the admiration that he had for his sister. I’ll be happy to discuss the importance of setting and realizing the vision in your next home sale.
