Home Buying Military Move Tips – Here are five smart strategies for a fast-paced military move – The DC area is a particular hot area for military clients. The military move is unlike any other – yours truly did seven military moves in my first 14 years of service – every move was a great move; but, if I had this checklist, it would have made the difference for my moves that involved buying a home in the US.

And that’s especially true for prospective buyers during a Permanent Change of Station, or PCS—when you’ll suddenly be buying a house and making a hurried move to a community you know little or nothing about.
